Here is an order form simply to help a team rep organize an order or for an individual to return to the team rep.  Orders must be submitted online to assure processing.

Orders are due February 4 and must be prepaid online at time of order. Shirts are watermelon Comfort Colors with a three color front and two color back, running true to size.   If you have any questions, please email us.
